Booking: What are your payment terms?

To kick off a logo project, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is paid halfway through your project. If you are paying via Stripe checkout and using Afterpay, the 50% deposit does not apply and payment must be made in full. For website projects, payment must be made in full before project commencement. This ensures that you, as the owner of your domain and hosting platforms, maintain control and cannot lock us out after work is completed. While we could purchase domains and hosting on your behalf and release them after final payment, it is important to us that you are always the sole owner of your domain, hosting, and website platform so you have full independence with your website in the future.

Deposits: Why do you require a 50% deposit before we can get started?

At Volerra Creative, it is first come, first served. We require 50% of your project total before you are placed on our calendar. Clients who book and pay their deposit secure the next available slot. Website design is booked in 6 week blocks, logo design in 2 week blocks, and photography in 4 week blocks. Because we are a small agency with high demand, we book out quickly and would hate for you to miss out. When you book, please make sure you have your ideas, written content, and imagery ready to go so your slot is productively used.

How long does Logo Design take?

You can expect your first round of logo concepts within 2 weeks. Revisions take up to 4 days to implement. With clear feedback, the entire process typically takes under a month. Minor changes and color inversions are included free of charge for up to 6 months after project completion.

How long does Website Design take?

Our website design process is typically 6 weeks. Please do not book until you have all content and a final outline ready on your end so the process can move smoothly.

Website Design: Do you need all of my content before you can get started?

Yes. Almost all projects require content upfront. This includes photos, written copy, and logins for any third party apps. Design is like a jigsaw puzzle, we need to see all the pieces in order to create the full picture. If you do not have everything ready, our team can help with in-house photography, copywriting, and branding so all the puzzle pieces are in place.

Website Platforms: Will I have access to my dashboard or do all changes need to go through you?

You will always have access to your dashboard. During development, we will set up the foundation of your site. Once the build is finished, we will walk you through the back end so you can make your own edits, add blog posts, and manage your content. For more technical or coding changes, we are always happy to help.

SEO and AIO: What can I expect from your optimization services?

Our SEO and AIO services combine traditional search engine optimization with generative AI search optimization. This means we not only improve your visibility on Google but also ensure your brand appears in AI-driven searches across platforms like ChatGPT and other intelligent assistants. We conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-site optimization, then integrate AIO strategies that prepare your business for the future of search.

Branding: What is included in brand development?
